About the Band

Musha Marimba is a family-oriented band based in Boulder, Colorado. Our mission is to play GREAT rockin’ music AND help raise money for organizations that assist children-in-need both in Zimbabwe and the USA. Musha Marimba donates a portion of their proceeds to non-profit organizations such as Tariro and Nembe for Progress. Musha plays energetic party and dance music influenced by the sounds, rhythms, and songs of Zimbabwe. MUSHA MARIMBA members regularly share their love of this music with crowds from around the world.

Highlights for 2011:

Musha Marimba Band is performing at venues around Colorado and the West coast this year. See our calendar of events to catch us! We will perform at the annual Zimbabwean Music Festival in Corvallis Oregon in early-August. We will also be playing at the Farmer’s Market in Boulder, CO on a regular basis from April thru’ October.
